Luke, Thanks for bringing these "crimes" to light in downtown Plattsburgh. It amazes me that with all the photos on your blog, nothing yet has changed with most of the places you have recorded on the blog. I'm embarrassed as a citizen that others even see this and we wonder why Plattsburgh isn't thriving????????
