Hey, Man - What's In The Bag?
This plastic bag with unknown contents has been hanging around for over a month, three stories up on a Clinton Street building. I don't know how it got there. How it is attached to the wall is also a mystery.

Please excuse the late response. I've been sidetracked lately with nonsense. All I know about the train incident is what you heard in the news.
