The most ignored sign in downtown Plattsburgh.
This was supposed to be a positive post. I was going to remark how Trinity Park looked so much better after all the organic litter had been raked up and hauled away. But when I walked through the park today, I noticed three fresh piles.
So why bother calling it a “park?” A better name would be The Dog Dump.
