After digitally scanning more negatives -- this time B&W -- I hate film more than ever.
As with color negs I had to photo-edit out spots and dust threads even though I had carefully stored them in plastic sleeves. Apparently the person I paid to process the exposed negs had a problem: I found large brown splotches on some of the images. Additional time spent photo-editing out more defects. And to get decent quality to share online I still had to spend tedious hours scanning, slow steam engine technology.
I don't know why colleges still teach photography with film. It's like training someone how to drive a car by instructing them on how to use a horse and buggy.
Fuck film forever.
OUTSTANDING!
