What’s Wrong With This Picture?
Do you see the problem in the following image?
No? OK, let’s take a second look with a couple of special marks.
Have to admit I'm not up to speed on this one. Last I read in the PR, the mayor had given the developer a 2-week deadline to present a plan or opt out. Did the deal fall through?
The mayor gave the developer a two-week deadline. Then he gave the same developer another two-week deadline that should be up by now. But so far no news beyond that.
Maybe two-week deadlines with the City of Plattsburgh are akin to the five-year plans that were so effective in the good old days of the Soviet Union.
