Actually, tsunami warnings are something I like to read about. Kyle lived on Oahu between Pearl Harbor and Honolulu for six months when he was 15 (circa 1985). As I recall the Honolulu phone directory at the PPL at the time had a map showing low-lying areas to be evacuated for tsunami warnings.

Oh, right. That reduced section is really strange.
